This ruby red 100% Sangiovese wine is produced in Montalcino from vineyards with an average age of 25 years and are located between 200 and 400 meters above sea level with various exposures. The harvest is carried out manually with an extremely rigorous selection of grapes and very low yields. It is a wine with a colorful aromatic profile, rich in fruity and mineral, floral and balsamic nuances. The tannins provide a succession of tactile sensations that make the sip lively and continuously evolving, with a perspective of assured longevity. Vinification takes place in wooden and concrete vats with very prolonged macerations and pumping over in the air, followed by ageing in oak barrels for 36 months.
